Bachelor of Laws from IBMEC. Master's degree in Government Management and Public Policy from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). PhD candidate in Intelligence Technologies and Digital Design, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).

Specialist in State Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS); in Administrative Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation Law School in São Paulo; in Public Bidding, Administrative Contracts and Public Budgeting from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP); in City Planning and Management from the Polytechnic School of USP and in Brazilian Economics for Project Structuring from the Faculty of Economics of USP.

He actively participates in academia as a guest professor at the Faculty of Law of USP, PUC-SP, and EBAC. He is a speaker in areas such as Public and Digital Law, Artificial Intelligence, and Urban Public Policies. He is a Project Coordinator at the Foundation Institute of Economic Research (FIPE) and a CNPq Researcher at the Center for Studies of Smart, Sustainable, and Resilient Cities (CeCi) at PUC-SP.

My career in public administration spans more than fifteen years in strategic positions, such as Senior Advisor in the Federal Senate, Parliamentary Secretary in the Chamber of Deputies, and Chief of Staff in the São Paulo City Council, always focused on contributing to efficiency and innovation in public management.
