Mariana Delgado Britez Rigacci

Associate

Attorney, holding a law degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP). Master's degree in Criminal Law from the same institution, including a research internship at Università degli Studi Roma Tre, Italy. Postgraduate degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, and exchange student at Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata.

During her undergraduate and postgraduate studies, she took part in research and outreach groups, and served as a substitute professor for the Criminal Law VI course at the UNESP School of Humanities and Social Sciences.

She currently collaborates with the State, Law, and Public Policy Research Group at the University of São Paulo (USP), focusing on Public Safety, and writes for the Institute for the Reform of State-Business Relations (IREE).

She has experience in both advisory and litigation work in Criminal and Administrative Law, having taken part in high-profile investigations and operations as a member of renowned law firms.
