Juan Andrew Diniz Comamala Tavares

He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP – Largo São Francisco), and a specialization in Administrative Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV Direito SP). He completed an academic exchange at the Université Jean Monnet (France), with supplementary training in Law.

He has litigation and advisory experience in infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships, administrative contracts, governance, and legal structuring of third-sector organizations. Previously, he was part of the Arbitration Assistance team at the Attorney General's Office of the State of São Paulo (PGE-SP), working on arbitration proceedings involving the São Paulo Public Administration, and also developed his professional training as a trainee, with experience in the areas of strategic litigation, infrastructure, regulatory law, and capital markets.

In the academic field, he also dedicated himself to research as a student-researcher at the School of Public Formation of the Brazilian Society of Public Law, with empirical studies in constitutional jurisdiction. He was a scholarship recipient of the Unified Scholarship Program (PUB) in the Study Group on the Theory of the Brazilian State and worked in the XI de Agosto Legal Department, providing free legal assistance.

He is the author of the monograph "Repercussions of the Unconstitutional State of Affairs in Habeas Corpus Cases Judged by the Supreme Federal Court," published by the Brazilian Society of Public Law.
